1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wc111.pro, creating a player account, making a deposit or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of wc111, including visitors, registered members and VIP players.

These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

wc111 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

wc111 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on wc111. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

wc111 operates an active age and identity verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification document at any time — including before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in your withdrawal being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using wc111.
• If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and any funds held pending investigation.
• wc111 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If a minor is found to have registered, any winnings will be forfeited and the original deposit amount may be returned subject to verification of the depositing adult's identity.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on wc111. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, household or payment method — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and current information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. wc111 cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payment processing errors that result from outdated account information.

• Your account password is your responsibility. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• wc111 staff will never ask for your password. Any contact claiming to be from wc111 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact wc111 support immediately so we can secure your account.
• wc111 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or terms violations are identified.

Account registration on wc111 is free. There is no fee to create an account, and wc111 will never charge you simply for having an account open.

4. Deposits & Funding Your Account

wc111 processes all deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in suspension.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your wc111 balance within minutes under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• wc111 does not charge a deposit fee on its side. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and dispatched to the payment method you have registered on your account. All withdrawal channels — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards — are available subject to your account being fully verified.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest channel, generally processed within a few hours of approval.
• Bank transfer and card withdrawals typically take one to five working days depending on your financial institution.
• VIP players receive priority withdrawal processing across all channels, meaning their requests are reviewed and dispatched ahead of the standard queue.
• wc111 does not charge a withdrawal fee on the platform side. Any fees applied by your receiving bank or wallet are outside wc111's control.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts and wallets registered in your own name. Requests to send funds to a third party will be declined.
• wc111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

wc111 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page or communicated at the time the offer is made. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• wc111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may have expiry dates. Bonus funds not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns to meet requirements — may result in the bonus being voided at wc111's discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, wc111's decision is final.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

wc111 hosts a range of gaming categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish games and bingo. Each category and individual game or market operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or betting interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game or market before participating.

• All bets placed on wc111 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific cash-out option is available and exercised within the permitted window.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during gameplay, wc111 will investigate and resolve the situation based on the recorded server-side game state at the time of the fault. Server records are the definitive reference in any dispute.
• wc111 sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and governing body. Settlement of bets follows standard market settlement rules as displayed in the sports section.
• In-play betting markets on cricket, including PSL and T20 internationals, are subject to suspension and re-pricing during live events. Bets placed before a suspension is applied are valid; bets placed after the market is suspended but before odds update will be settled at the odds shown at the time of placement where technically possible.
• wc111 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a pricing error or technical fault, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

wc111 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potentially being reported to relevant authorities:

• Cheating and collusion — any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage, including collusion in poker-style games or live dealer games.
• Use of bots or automated software — using any automated program, script or software to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Money laundering — using wc111 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity. wc111 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.
• Account sharing — sharing your login credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

9. Privacy & Data

wc111 collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform securely. • You have the right to request a copy of the personal data wc111 holds about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate personal data by contacting support.
• Account closure requests can be submitted via the support team. Certain transaction and identity records may be retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from any wc111 content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. wc111 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

12. Limitation of Liability

wc111 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• wc111 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, technical errors or delays outside our control.
• wc111 is not responsible for losses arising from your own decisions to wager, including decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that was accurate at the time of display but changed thereafter (for example, live odds movements).
• In cases of genuine platform error that results in incorrect game outcomes or settlements, wc111's liability is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected wager.
• wc111 does not accept liability for any third-party actions, including payment processor delays, network outages or device-level issues affecting your ability to access the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms
